How to Activate and Deactivate the Email Feedback Feature

Q: How can I enable the Email Feedback feature for my venue?
A: To activate the Email Feedback feature and encourage customer collaboration, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Venue's Communication section.
  2. On the left menu, click on Venues.
  3. If you're configuring a new Area, click the Add Venue button and provide the necessary details.
  4. Select the Venue for which you want to activate the Email Feedback feature.
  5. Scroll down to the Communication > Booking Preference section.
  6. Click on the Configure button.
  7. On the pop-up screen, enable the "Send Booking Feedback Request" option.
  8. This will trigger a follow-up email to be sent to the customer 2 hours after their booking, requesting them to review their experience.

Q: How can I disable the Email Feedback feature?
A: To turn off the Email Feedback feature, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Venue's Communication section.
  2. On the left menu, click on Venues.
  3. Select the Venue for which you want to deactivate the feature.
  4. Scroll down to the Communication > Booking Preference section.
  5. Click on the Configure button.
  6. On the pop-up screen, disable the "Send Booking Feedback Request" option.
  7. This will prevent follow-up emails from being sent to customers for feedback.
