How to configure your Areas

You can have multiple Areas in your Venue. In this article you can learn how to configure each area to fit your way of working.

Navigate to your Areas

  1. On the left menu click on Areas
  2. (Optional) If you are setting up a new Area to configure, click the Add Area button
  3. From the list of Areas click on the one you want to configure
  4. Scroll down to the Booking Configuration section, and click on the Configure button
  5. You will see a window that allows you to configure your Area details

Configure your Area

  1. Area name is the name of the area, that customers will choose from
  2. Booking durations let you enter a default duration, then additional durations for minimum party sizes;
  3. For example: 0-5 covers = 120 minutes, 6-9 covers = 150 minutes, 10 and above covers = 180 minutes
  4. Booking interval is the interval between booking slots i.e. I want a booking every 15min
  5. Table Turnaround interval is the time it takes to turn a table around after a booking, during which time bookings cannot be made i.e. 5min
  6. Accept Bookings Automatically If unchecked, bookings will need to be confirmed by a staff member before they are accepted
  7. To save your changes click "Update"
