How to configure your closed periods

Closed periods are useful for marking dates when the venue is unavailable for booking. Remember, closed periods must be inclusive of start and end dates.

How to Add a Closed Period

1. On the left menu, click on Schedules

2. Click on the Schedule you want to edit

3. Click on the "Add Closed Period" button located under the "Closed Periods" heading.

4. You'll be presented with a another window which allows you to select your dates

5. Select your dates using double click for single day or select start and end day for date range

6. Once you have made your selection press "Save"

7. Observe the newly created closed period appear in the schedule

How to delete a Closed Period

1. On the left menu, click on Schedules

2. Click on the Schedule you want to edit

3. Locate the Closed Periods card find the Closed Period you want to delete.

4. Click on the "Edit" button next to the period

5. Confirm deletion by clicking "Delete"

6. Observe the deleted closed period is no longer in the schedule
